I faced significant issues during check-in. The receptionist was unhelpful, insisting I pre-check in online even after I explained my struggles with the system. This was frustrating, particularly since I felt neglected during the process with no personal assistance available.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. The amiable stuff working throughout the hotel. Extremely spacious and new-fashioned unit with great design. Absolutely perfect location - right by restaurants, and the beach and public transportation...

Its staff were very friendly and especially helpful, I felt safe.

The King Room was clean and cozy. The walls are quite thin, which led to noticeable noise from neighboring rooms. While the location is fantastic for beach access, the lack of daily housekeeping was a downside .

recommend it as we had a very very good experience here. pretty venue, favourable location near to the beach and restaurants and the park & beach and the market, greatly enjoyed our stay. most of the staffs were really helpful and genuinely helpful.

We got a room with a bath. Very comfy bed and the bathroom was particularly good. It had marvellous and brilliant location short walk from Sweet Liberty.

Perfect for families with kids

So, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, perfect for the kids! Plus, the free trolleys make getting around easy without breaking the bank.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

The King Room was cozy and clean, perfect for a couple. We loved the close proximity to amazing eateries like Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill and Sweet Liberty Drinks & Supply Company. The fact that we didn't need a hotel key for beach access was a major win!

This hotel was just a prime choice for a weekend escape in Miami Beach with really good value. I appreciated the relaxing vibe of the pool area where I chillaxed after a long day. Make sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
